In private practice since 1995, Steven H. Jesser has represented many US and international healthcare providers, businesses, and individuals in contract transactional, regulatory, licensing-disciplinary, litigation-trial, and appellate matters.
Mr. Jesser was the first Associate General Counsel of Northwestern Memorial Hospital/HealthCare in Chicago, which is the primary teaching hospital of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an internationally renowned tertiary care medical center. He served in this prestigious position for fourteen years.
Previously he was a litigation-commercial real estate development attorney of DLA Piper, LLC (US) an international law firm in 29 countries.
He has also been an Assistant State's Attorney of Cook County, Illinois, serving as felony trial attorney.
He has written and lectured throughout the country on numerous subjects in corporate, health, and criminal law.
