  • In private practice since 1995, Steven H. Jesser has represented many US and international healthcare providers, businesses, and individuals in contract transactional, regulatory, licensing-disciplinary, litigation-trial, and appellate matters.
  • Mr. Jesser was the first Associate General Counsel of Northwestern Memorial Hospital/HealthCare in Chicago, which is the primary teaching hospital of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an internationally renowned tertiary care medical center. He served in this prestigious position for fourteen years.
  • Previously he was a litigation-commercial real estate development attorney of DLA Piper, LLC (US) an international law firm in 29 countries.
