Steven H. Jesser

Attorney Steven H. Jesser is the founder of Steven H. Jesser, Attorney at Law, P.C. He practices in health care law; appellate law; administrative law; schools and education; state, local and municipal law; business and commercial law; probate, wills, trusts and estate administrations and government contracts. For his high ethical standards and long list of successful results, he holds the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, Mr. Jesser attended the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor. He is currently a member of many professional organizations. An engaging and knowledgeable speaker, Mr. Jesser has frequently lectured on diverse legal subjects. Also a talented writer, he has published works in many professional publications.

In private practice for over 25 years, he has represented vaccine injury federal claimants, federal government contract claimants, U.S. and international physicians in twenty clinical areas, dental practitioners, nurses and other healthcare providers, diverse students (high school through PhD/medical residents), civil and criminal appellants/appellees, and property owners, in:

  • Mr. Jesser is a Supreme Court of Illinois Commission and State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Mentor of law students and new attorneys in four law schools and bar associations.
